No all-stars

The Frontier League announced today its preliminary rosters for the All-Star game that will be played July 11 at the Corn Crib in Normal, Ill.

The first 24 players for both the East and West teams were released and, though it's not much of a surprise, nobody from the Wild Things was selected. East Division manager Greg Langbehn will add three players to the roster Thursday, and here's guessing that one will be either pitcher Chris Smith (3-3, 2.78) or pitcher Gary Lee (3-3, 2.27). Utility player Andrew Heck (.378) also could be selected, though he has played in only 18 games.

Shows what happens when an owner and his yes man asst gen manager start to think thet actually know something about baseball.
What a miserable lot these guys are.
Has anybody noticed how scarce this people have made themselves lately?
Probably hiding in the office.
All is well with the Wild Cubs.

Like Steve told the usher when he was fired-They are going in a new directions.
Well at least, the Pirates, going in a new direction, are in first place and the Washington Wild Cubs are in last place.
Now a little 4th of July motto:
Don't drink a fifth on the 4th or you might not come forth on the 5th.
Good to see you back Ima Fraid.
