Poma named Player of Week

Poma, from Monterrey, Calif., had a big week, going 11-for-20 with three doubles and five RBI. Poma also went 5-for-6 in stolen base attempts.
He is the first Washington hitter to be named Player of the Week.

Congrats to Poma! Keep it up we need this kind of production from him
Well deserved recognition for one of our home 'boys'. I am a bit surprised to read that he was the first hitter from Washington to get this honor.
Nice Job Danny P. Maybe Steve Z will trade you to the Greys for a bus tire or someone from Windy City's Front Office to was his car.
