Sitting here at CEP with about 400 other people. The Wildthings team introductions began, and the "pitching coach" didn't take the field with the rest of the team.

Used my dollar ticket to sit behind home plate in section 107.
The most pleasant surprise tonight was they did not charge for parking. Hope free parking is all the time in the future.
Tonight the attendance was 943 and I think most of the people sat in the seats that came from 3 rivers stadium and not the bleachers.

I don't believe he was even introduced by the PA announcer. He did manage to get to the base line in time for our National Anthem.
We did see a great game with disappointing results.

A## ho#e Gryboski. What a freakin' jerk.
Can't get him out of here soon enough. I've been trying to tell you people what an undesirable person he is. Hope this is the last time he ever enters CEP.
I can't believe that only 943 people Packed the Park for a playoff game. I was shocked to see the place so empty. I don't have the answer to the problem but I do what what the most major problems are;
1. Stu Williams
2. Steve Z
3. Kevin Gryboski
4. Stu Williams
5. Stu Williams
6. Stu Williams
7. You get the idea.
I'm glad the old people stayed away in large numbers last night. Williams showed he has no respect for them when he allowed Gryboski to remain with the team after he hit his elderly manager.
Grey Power at work. Keep staying away seniors until Gryboski is gone! Williams doesn't respect so just return the insult and spend your money elsewhere.

That was probably by design, Jeff.

Attendance 943? Even with one dollar tickets and free parking?
Time to either sell the team to somebody or, just close up shop Stu. A fine mess you've made of this franchise. Anybody remember the days when you were lucky if you could get a ticket to sit on the lawn for even a regular season game.
Maybe it was lemmings and cheap persons only night at Consol EMPTY Park.

Gryboski was introduced by the PA announcer. He was the second person for the Wild Things introduced but had just returned to the dugout with the starting pitcher and the catcher.

I can’t believe that anybody takes this team, or this League seriously.
Come on people, this is just glorified high school and junior college level
baseball at best. All you see is a bunch of guys that want to play ball and not have
to actually go to work. If you know anything about the fundamentals of
playing baseball you can easily see that these guys are (Frontier League players)
are in a league of their own. They don’t know when not to throw the ball, they don’t
know what base to throw the ball to, and they are about as poorly coached as any
organized baseball teams I’ve ever seen.
If you want to watch a Frontier League game, do it. Nothing wrong with that.
But, please don’t take it seriously because you will only frustrate yourself
waiting for much in the way of truly talented players.
As for the pitching coach? He’s a perfect example of how just how minor league this
League really is. In any other level of baseball he would have been out on his backside
the next day. Stu Williams has a lot of money but doesn’t know how to spend it wisely.
He also does not understand that he cannot bully his way into anybody’s good graces.
All you folks on his payroll just might want to start shopping around for other employment
cause this team won’t be around much longer. It’s nervous time.

I can't believe anybody can take Anon 12:16 seriously. Glorified high school ball? C'mon. Obviously Anon 12:16 is some unemployed fat guy with Dorito dust on his chest and keyboard who has never played baseball. A baseball scout he definitely is not. Have you ever gone to a high school or college game? High school baseball in Pennsylvania is embarrassingly pitiful. Most players in the WPIAL couldn't make a junior high team in California, Texas, Florida, Arizona, Georgia etc. And college baseball? Check out the walk rates of the pitchers in college. Watch a game on TV and you'll see at least five botched plays in the field. Obviously you don't get out of the house and to a stadium very often or you would know there is a huge, huge, huge difference between high school, college and professional baseball. If you can't see that you must be as blind as you are dumb.

I do agree that the pitching coach still having a job is about the most puzzling personnel decision I've ever seen. At what other job can you get into a physical confrontation with your boss and keep your job? At least the Baltimore Ravens had the good sense to release Ray Rice. If Stu and Steve ran the Ravens they would promoted Rice to assistant head coach.

A dollar for any ticket, free parking. You should do that for every game. You won't need but a few ticketing people or parking people. Think of the money Mr. Williams will save. You already don't have a GM or real coaches. Strip it down for next season, hopefully your last. Oh yeah, do something like bring back that woeful softball product, that will help.

There are two things a real man doesn’t do. Those are; you don't hit women
and you don’t abuse the elderly.
So, what’s the difference between Ray Rice and Kevin Gryboski?
One slugs women and the other slugs old people.
They are both cowards so, to answer my own question, there is
no difference between the two of them,

The ones that did just showed how stupid they are or, are just insensitive. They would probably feel different if it was their grandparent ot there parents.
Willims sure must not care about such things.

First, I'm none of the things you say about me. While we may disagree about the quality of baseball in the Frontier League I will not insult you the why you did me. I prefer to keep things civil. We at least agree that the Gryboski incident was not handled in the way it should have been.
Thanks for your responce to my post.

For a person to call the Frontier League professional baseball is like calling a burger flipper
at Mickey D’s a chef. Technically, the burger flipper is a professional because he
gets paid to prepare food. Well, so does a chef. The comparison ends there. A mickey D’s professional
food preparer just throws the food anywhere and if nobody says anything then he thinks he’s a real pro.
On the other hand, a chef carefully prepares his meals and serves then with pride and everybody knows it.
Go to a couple of Frontier League games and you will see just how valid this comparison really is.
Obviously there are many levels of professionalism. Calling it "Professional" doesn't make it so. The proof is in the finished product.

For what's it worth, I was flipping channels a few nights ago and stopped on MLB Network. Watched highlights from that night's games and saw a Red Sox outfielder drop a routine fly ball and the White Sox commit 5 errors. Saw much better baseball at the Wild Things playoff game Monday. There were about a half dozen defensive plays in the game that high school, college and many MLB players would give their left testicle to make.

They are mostly "rich kids" who's parents let them get baseball out of their system before they go to work for Daddy or find a real job or falling stars who have one last chance to play baseball. You what, that's Ok, just don't pass it off as anything more than what it is.

Anon 6:53 again proving why he's not a baseball scout. Frontier League is a very good level of baseball, far superior to college and high school.

And you have no credentials to judge the quality of baseball. Your experience with baseball was getting cut in highschool, most likely in Pennsylvania. And that's were your experience ends.
