The Wild Cubs recent power surge is great to see. Almost gives one some hope for next season.
It’s not a question of too little right now – just too late. Not being a big believer in momentum, especially in baseball, I would doubt the last few games are a strong reflection of what next season will bring. But, one can always hope. Roster changes in the Frontier League are so commonplace that it’s doubtful the Wild Cubs roster will remain unchanged during this off-season.
Anyway, the last few games have been a joy to watch and will gives us all a boost for next season.
See ya’ all later.

I noticed the absence of Lenny Randel and Jim Tatum the last couple of games. Also, they were not announced during the player introduction. Chris Bando coaching 3rd base? Did he fire them to?

Tatum left the other day to deal with a family emergency. Randle is attending an event at which his son is receiving an award.

I bet Lenny Randle was trying out to be the Wild Cubs mascot for 2013.

Too bad, I was hoping to see them gone for good because they did a fantasticly poor job.

What was with the Boomers having their left pants pocket turned insideout? Later in the game the WT started turning their right pockets insideout.
All are these guys nuts?
