Avon calling

Here is a story about the planned ballpark for a Frontier League team in Avon Lake, Ohio. Word is the team will play in 2009, the same year the Midwest Sliders will be going to Oakland, Mich. Does this Avon Lake story mean the FL will expand to 14 teams in 2009 with the 14th being a travel team? It sure seems that way.
